OEM Integration

MedApps’ immediate product roadmap includes integration to even more FDA-cleared peripheral monitoring devices from an expanded number of manufacturers. We’ve already slated additional modalities including our upcoming integration of PT\INR for blood coagulation, followed by ECG, peak flow / spirometer and pedometer.   Beyond that we will have the ability to include internal monitoring devices such as loop recorders, continuous glucose monitors and insulin pumps.

The ability to easily integrate new OEM devices is facilitated by our CloudCare infrastructure.  Our “open platform”, can output data in a common format for interoperability between devices – 11073 IEEE/Continua standards are currently being incorporated.  CloudCare can allow MedApps devices to connect utilizing a “plug-and-play” model by simply configuring and downloading profiles and drivers through the “cloud”.
